Shipping Policy

    • Order Confirmation – As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.
    • Order Shipment – If your order is stock and County Auto Salvage will process the charges to your credit card, and then use best efforts to ship within five (5) to seven (7) business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24-48 hours of your order shipping from the point of origin to the e-mail address you provide. If you do not receive tracking information from County Auto Salvage within six (6) business days of your order confirmation, feel free to follow up by:

    • All orders are shipped with standard freight which includes delivery to a commercial business address or a location with access to a loading dock or forklift. Any additional charges associated with lift gate service or residential delivery will be charged to the customer payment card. Incase delivery doesn’t happened on schedule date due to customer unavailability or other issues likes unavailability of forklift/ Loading Dock / Pully-Chain for the Freight part, redelivery will be arrange on customer cost. County Auto Salvage shall not be responsible for items delivered to the address according to the tracking information which was provided by the customer at the time of sale but not received or accepted by the customer.

    • As a rule, we will ship small parts to the same address as the billing address on your credit card or debit card. We will ship large items (e.g. engines, transmissions, truck beds, some body parts) to a business/commercial address, but require you to provide us with the complete name of the company and address of that location. In addition, we require a contact person’s name at that location with his/her direct phone number and email address. You must authorize us to speak directly with that individual to verify information, as We may need, from time to time, about the part and delivery. Further, if a forklift is required at the delivery location, it is your responsibility to arrange and pay for it and someone to operate it.

    • For items requiring a signature at the time of delivery, please inspect for damage prior to accepting the item. If the item is damaged, this information must be noted on the Carrier's documentation prior to the documentation being signed. This signature effectively transfers liability for the item. If the delivery is signed as received in good condition, a claim cannot be made.

    • Damage - Upon delivery of the part to you, you must inspect the packaging of your item(s) when it arrives. If you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for the delivery on the freight carrier’s bill of lading and keep a copy for yourself. If your part is delivered to you damaged please notify our customer service department within 48 hours otherwise will not be eligible for replacement or refund of the part. Please follow the instructions on this Website, for our Cancellations, Returns & Refund Policy.

Warranty Policy

  • County Auto Salvage offers a thirty (30) day Limited Warranty upon a sale and covers parts that were delivered incorrectly (“Warranty”). Parts returned after the Warranty period will not be eligible for refund or replacement of the part. The Warranty covers the replacement cost of the part only. Shipping or labor charges are not covered. 
  • Damaged or Incorrect Parts: If you receive a damaged part or an incorrect part, you must notify the County Auto Salvage customer service department in writing by email or fax within two (2) business days of the delivery of the part to you. Telephone requests will not be accepted. When you email or fax, you must provide County Auto Salvage with a detailed written explanation about the damage or the part being incorrect, together with pictures that clearly show the nature of the problem(s).

CANCELLATION POLICY

Order Cancellation. Once we receive your Sales Order and payment, your sale is final. Your Sales Order is a legally binding agreement between you and County Auto Salvage. You may not cancel your Sales Order and request a refund for reasons like:

  • You found the part(s) from another supplier.
  • You no longer need the part.
  • You sold your car.
  • You claim that our sales agent made promises different from our policies stated on this website
  • You purchased an electrical part, body part, glass item, seat or metal sheet part, all of which are sold “AS IS”
  • Any other reason which is unrelated to the actual shipment of your order.

In contrast, you may cancel your order and request a refund, without any fees deducted, if any of the following applies:

  • We fail to send you pictures within seven (7) business days following the day received your order and payment, that We plan to ship to you.
  • Your order is not shipped within five (5) business days following your approval of the actual pictures of the part that we intend to ship to you.
  • We do not provide you with the name of the freight carrier and a tracking number as proof of shipment on or before the seventh (7th) business day following your approval of the pictures referenced above; or.
  • You receive the part and believe it is either damaged or incorrect, providing that you follow the procedures below (see Damaged or Incorrect Parts for further instructions that you must follow).

Further, you may cancel your order, subject Cancellations, Returns, Credits and Refund Policies such that if:

  • We have shipped your part, whether you received it or not: You must pay all shipping charges (both ways); plus you must also pay a 25% restocking charge. The balance of the amount you paid, as indicated on your Sales Order, after deducting the amounts indicated above, will be refunded to you in the form of a merchandise credit, which you may use anytime within twelve (12) months from the date the merchandise credit is issued
  • We have not yet shipped your part and you have notified us in writing that you want to cancel your order: You must pay a 25% cancellation fee; and after deducting the 25% cancellation fee, we will refund the balance by crediting the credit card or debit card which was used to pay the amount originally due under our Sales Order.

Returns and Refunds Policy

  • Return of Parts: DO NOT RETURN THE PART BEFORE RECEIVING A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (“RMA”) FROM County Auto Salvage. Once we issue the RMA to you, returning a part to the designated location on the RMA, it is your responsibility. You must provide County Auto Salvage with a return tracking number within two (2) business days of when the part is shipped to County Auto Salvage’s designated location. The part must be returned within seven (7) business days of your receipt of the RMA. If you return the part to County Auto Salvage’s offices instead of the designated location on the RMA, We will forward the part received at our offices to the correct address listed on the RMA at your expense.

  • Once the part is received at County Auto Salvage’s designated location, it will be inspected and verified as the part shipped to you. RETURNED PARTS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUNDS, ONLY FOR GENERAL MERCHANDISE CREDITS. In order for a general merchandise credit to be approved, among other things:

  • The part must be returned in the original condition as when it was shipped to you (excluding items damaged in shipping that have been verified by the shipping company and (verified by a County Auto Salvage’s representative)

  • The part shall not have been modified in any way or taken apart for testing.
  • Credits and Refunds. Upon confirmation that a part meets the requirements, a request to issue a credit will be forwarded to County Auto Salvage’s accounting team. The amount of the general merchandise credit shall be determined by Us, consistent with our Shipping, Cancellations, Returns, Credits and Refund Policy as described herein above. 
  • We will issue the general merchandise credit to you by email, which you may use against any future purchase
     
General Terms of Limited Warranties and Returns
  • WARRANTY IS VOID WITHOUT THIS INVOICE and NON-TRANSFERABLE and ONLY APPLIES TO THE ORIGINAL PART PURCHASED only IF THE PART IS NOT DAMAGED OR ALTERED. ANY AND ALL ELECTRICAL PARTS ARES SOLD AS IS WITH NO WARRANTY.
  • If, within the warranty period, a mechanical part is defective, and a replacement is not obtainable, a refund will be given. No warranty or reimbursement on labor under any circumstances. Return parts may incur a 25% restocking fee.
  • Engines and Transmissions have a 30 days limited warranty.
  • Overheating, low fluid levels, and noncompliance with following manufacturing standards of installation by a certified shop and mechanic void all warranties.
  • Although County Auto Salvage LLC makes every effort to make the part look as nice as possible before it ships no warranty or guarantee is made towards the appearance of that part.
  • County Auto Salvage LLC takes no responsibility for the suitability of the parts ordered. County Auto Salvage LLC is not responsible for the buyer's errors, or incorrectly ordered parts.
  • It is the buyer’s responsibility to return the part to County Auto Salvage LLC and pay any shipping cost.
  • All sheet metal, glass, body parts, used tires, trim packages, metal colors, etc., and SRS units are sold as-is.
  • This warranty does not cover damage if parts are used in connection with racing purposes or vehicles with racing equipment, commercial usage or damage by accident or misuse, or off-road purposes.
  • County Auto Salvage LLC does not assume responsibility for labor, towing charges, utilities, loss due to downtime, cost of lodging, cost of vehicle use, transportation, car or truck rental, etc. inconvenience.

Engine Warranty

  • The engine warranty covers the long block and internal parts. Gaskets, hoses, wiring, and sensors are sold separately and are not part of the engine warranted.
  • Engine warranties are limited to manufacturing defects in the block, heads, pistons, crankshafts, camshafts, rockers, and oil pumps. We do not warranty any attached accessory parts, such as switches, sensors, cables, electronics, belts, hoses, water pumps, manifolds, wire harnesses, valve covers, brackets, flywheels, etc. Diesel Engines: We do not cover injectors, high-pressure oil pumps, high-pressure fuel injectors, or any other part which is not part of the core engine as defined above.
  • In the event of a warranty claim, an Engine Diagnostic Report is required from an ASE Certified Automotive facility. An Engine Diagnostic Report can be sent to you or your ASE Certified Automotive facility in the event that a diagnostic report is not available.
  • Make sure to inspect all parts before signing for them on delivery.
  • The stated mileage is not guaranteed and is correct to the best of our knowledge.
  • We do not warranty oil leaks/damage on engines or transmissions due to non-replaced of seals, gaskets, or filters.
  • OEM auto parts are interchangeable with multiple years, makes and models which means the same part is an exact fit for multiple makes and models as determined by OEM standards. If the customer does not provide County Auto Salvage LLC with the correct vehicle stats, we do not guarantee the part to be suitable for fit.
  • Any engine and transmission returned not in the same assembled condition as it was received will not be refunded under any circumstances. If the engine or transmission is disassembled in any way without our express written authorization it will void the warranty.
  • Engines and transmissions are tested, visually inspected, and cleaned. The installer must use OEM fluids.
  • No Refunds will be issued due to Shipping Damage or Broken Items if not reported within 48 Hours of Delivery to County Auto Salvage LLC and the Freight Company, which is the deadline to file a Freight Claim. Additionally, some form, such as an email, of written verification from the Freight Company of the Freight Claim must be retained in your records regardless of the time frame the Freight Claim was reported in.
  • Pickups of Returns, Defective Items, and/or Cores must originate from the shipping address of the original order. No exceptions will be considered. Otherwise, refunds, returns, and/or replacements will not be authorized.

Transmission Warranty

  • It is the responsibility of the installer to replace the radiator or transmission oil cooler, flush the transmission oil cooling lines, fill the differential, adjust the shifter mechanism, replace filters, replace seals, replace pan gaskets and reset or replace computer codes when installing a transmission.
  • Improper detent adjustment, low fluid level, failure to install new filter, broken front pump, or improper installation voids all warranties. Oil seals and gaskets are not warranted.
  • Shearing or breaking of teeth in standard transmissions is NOT WARRANTIED under any circumstances.
  • Transmissions must have correctly fitted new seals and OEM new fluid installed at the time of installation. It is the customer’s responsibility to keep all receipts and records for warranty purposes.

All Body Parts Warranty

  • All body parts such as Doors, Tailgate Decklid, Trunk lid, Fenders, Bumpers, Hoods, Quarter Panels, Header Panels Etc.…are Sold “AS IS” and are not guaranteed to come with hinges, hood ornaments, latches, headlights, trim or grilles. Buyer may request specific colors for body parts but a color match is never guaranteed. County Auto Salvage recommends that body parts should be repainted upon delivery to match your vehicle. Please note that we work with used auto parts that may have some wear and tear due to normal use.
